Joints can be a weak point in any system used in the construction industry. Water and other materials can penetrate the joint, and cause damage to the system as a whole. The impact can be costly both in terms of repair and in the downtime caused by the failure.

SPI Performance Coatings’ produce high quality polymers for filling or repairing construction joints, random cracks, joint faces, and spalls. They can also be used for sealing surfaces and form a waterproof hard surface that extends the life of the substrate.

Our coating is a high-strength, self-leveling, semi-rigid polyurea elastomer that can be applied in-situ reducing costs and periodising a quick return to service.
